Here’s a cool and delicious recipe for a warm day:
Loaded Hummus!
What you need:
- 1 lb Sabra Hummus (plain or red pepper hummus for a little extra flavor)
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
- 1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup Feta
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- Pita Chips
What you do:
- Choose a large plate/dish.
- Spread the hummus evenly around the plate.
- Sprinkle feta on top.
- Sprinkle the olives, tomato and cucumber on top.
- Serve with pita chips, pita bread or naan bread.
