No Bake Protein Bites Recipe

No Bake Protein Bites are something I try to keep in my freezer at all times! Ted grabs a couple on his way out the door for work; my boys take one when they get home from school or when they are SOO hungry and can’t wait for dinner.

They are easy to make and taste really good!

Ingredients:

2 cups Old fashioned oatmeal

1 cup Peanut butter (any kind)

3/4 cup honey

1/4 cup flax seed

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

2 scoops protein powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

Optional ingredients – shredded coconut, chia seeds, crushed nuts, 1-2 T melted coconut oil

Mix everything in a bowl really well.

Using a small measuring cup, spoon, or ice cream scooper – scoop it up and put on a plate.

Stick in freezer

Makes 12-15 bites

PS – I didn’t create this recipe. I found it by following moneysavingmom.com!
