40 In Book Review/ Colorado/ Colorado Springs/ Raising boys

I’ve written a children’s book – and I need your feedback!

The Magnificent Four who love to explore!

I’ve written a book about my boys climbing Pike’s Peak and encountering the animals that actually live on this mountain but I need your help with the title!

I want something easy to read and catchy. Here are my top picks – they are all similar –  but which wording do you like best? They allude to ADVENTURE and ANIMALS! Let me know your favorite!

1. CLIMB, EXPLORE!

                 SWIM, SOAR!

2. CLIMB, SOAR!

               SWIM, EXPLORE!

3. CLIMB, SWIM,

               SLITHER SOAR!

4. Climb, Explore, Splash, slither, soar!

  (subtitle –   A Pike’s Peak Mountain Adventure)

PLEASE leave me a comment (Little box in the top right corner beside the title) and tell me – what’s your favorite title?

#2. That’s the vote from three people I’m working with today! It rolls off the tongue well and captures the essence of the book. Are you also going to use “the magnificent four…” somewhere. That’s catchy too

#2, because Explore relates to all three of the other verbs. I love the illustration and can’t wait to read the book!

#2 definitely gets the vote ! It is the most”catchy” – and that’s what you want ! Quite exciting and inspirational to read about all your adventures as a family, as a mom, wife, worker, writer, and follower of Christ! Makes me think of Jeremiah 29:11 and how it rings true in you…

The one that “peaked” my interest was #4, with the subtitle. To me it highlights the things that occurred, then the subtitle let’s us know where.
I can say it’s a title i would have picked up to skim to see if my kids would enjoy the story.

Hi Tanya! THat’s the subtitle I was use for every single suggestion – so let me know which title you prefer best. Is that still your first choice?
